10 Super Cozy and Beautiful Bedroom Ideas For Your Dream Bedroom

September 22, 2015 by Surabhi 6 Comments

Bedroom makes an important part of home. To me my bedroom is almost my entire home. I sleep in it, I dream in it and I write in it as well. As I am typing this, I am sitting on my bed with back resting on the overhead. Window curtains are folded giving way to the sunlight to sieve through the glass panes and read over my laptop. This is the perfect scene when no one is around and I have my cozy bedroom all to myself.
Today I am going to show you 10 ideas for a super cozy and beautiful bedroom that may inspire you to design your own dream bedroom. Here are my top 10 bedroom ideas:

1. Go The Spanish Way

by Bloomint design
I like the quiet and airy feel that this bedroom gives at the very first look. White and light brown linen add to the charm.

2. Choose The Ultra Modern Design

by Kiwi_project

If simple and the-old-way is not choice, you can take inspiration from this ultra modern bedroom design as shown above.

3.  Design It Like a Studio

by BRO Design Studio

During my stay in Netherlands, I stayed in a room that looked like a studio apartment. Studios are the best!

4. Take Inspiration From A Hotel

by 3deko

I always go ga ga over the hotel rooms. They always look so well polished, maintained, airy and beautiful. Would love to have a bit of a hotel in my bed room. 🙂

5.  Love Books? Get A Bed With A Book Shelf.

by ELK Fertighaus GmbH

This bed serves the dual purpose. It is also a reading nook with lamps on top and also a perfect bed to sleep on.

6. Place A Bed In The Woods

The wild wall paper behind the bed gives the illusion of a forest and I love this bedroom specifically for that. Seriously thinking of decorating my wall with a wall paper like this one. Not only it adds depth to the room, it also gives a very natural feel to the bedroom.

7. Throw Some Red Color And Infuse Passion

by COMODÉ MUEBLES

During our Bhuj travel, we stayed in a hotel that had a circular bed with red hues. It looked awesome. Since then I wanted to have a dominant red color in my bedroom. Maybe when I move to bigger and open house, I replicate this design.

8. Design With Indian Accents

G Farm House by Kumar Moorthy & Associates

Nothing beats the Indian charm and Indian accents. Koi shaq?

9. Go Door Less. Make Bed-Space Inside A Bed Room

Schlafnische mit Fenstern by Holzgeschichten

I love how this designer has designed a bed-space within a bedroom. Love the cozy feel that comes along with this set up. White linen and white walls add to the overall tranquility.

10. A Bedroom With A View

Schlafzimmer by Backraum Architektur

If your bedroom has a view, this is the way to design the bedroom. It should have just the bed, two lamps for late night reading and a gorgeous view! That is all one needs in a bedroom, anyway.
I can’t pick a favourite of all the ones listed above. I feel I want to have all the designs in my bedroom. Maybe I go for a 10 Bedroom house! Ha ha.
Which one is your favorite? Let me know in the comments.

Thank you very much for sharing interesting thoughts. You’re right, we don’t realize that the way we design our home space can do much for the environment and for our wellbeing, it’s only necessary to use a reasonable approach. The tips you have mentioned in the article are very useful for designing for our own lifestyles.
