The title itself is so appealing. Isn't it?
I could finish reading this book in flat four hours. Such is the simplicity of the book. I enjoyed reading it and the book is written in a very simple, comprehensible way that once you pick it up, you wont feel like putting it down and would read it entirely in one go.
This book is authored by a well known wellness expert Namita Jain. The book is full of useful information about human wellness, weight loss, healthy diet and proper exercise. You might feel that is nothing new in today's so-called health conscious world but actually it is. The good thing is you get it all packed in one petite book that can easily carried away while traveling.
The book has 17 chapters dedicated to various common concerns of people living in today's age. Though it is meant to target people (men and women alike), I think its wisdom can be applied to anyone and particularly to anyone above 30.
Few things or lessons I should say, that I take away from this beautiful book are:
1. If you can not work out for 30-60 minutes at one stretch, break it down in 10 or 20 sessions thrice a day.
2. You can lose weight and get healthy at any age!
3. Beauty and health come from within.
4. You dont have to work 'very' hard to lose weight or to start exercising. A little goes a long way.
5. Be sensible, be wise. Take it slow but make it steady. Thats the mantra.
Overall, a very nice book that I would recommend to everyone who needs motivation to lose weight. Honestly, the book does not contain anything new but overall it gives you a clearer pictures and suggests the time tested ways to stay healthy and beautiful.
I am thankful to Blogadda to give me the copy of this book that I reviewed. It is a lovely program where bloggers are given an opportunity to review books for free! And that is such an awesome bonus for bloggers like me who love books. :D

Just like you, I love reading too and have blogs about a whole range of stuff from weight loss, to fitness, to love, to self improvement, video games (first person shooter games preferably) and of course my favorite: men and women and their relationships. I recently read this book "Fifty Shades of Grey" by E L James.
ReplyDeleteI have read books before that I just could not put down. This wasn’t my case with Fifty Shades of Grey in particular. People are saying so though, and when I stopped to watch the TV the women were saying too they could not put it down, that’s why it sparked my curiosity on top of needing something to read. Well, so Fifty Shades Of Grey is not one of them, but I still would recommend it (for open minded people, of course, as the sexual reference might not be for everyone’s taste).
Some readers say the book is “unputdownable”. However, I would not push it that far. You can read the detailed review on my blog.
Sure Katie, I would check out the review on your blog. This book is though on different lines. It is about health. The title of the book is kind of misleading that way ;)
