  1. There are many things he said to me... but I think one of those, which I know was also heartfelt, was that he felt that before I had come along he had never really understood what it was to have someone who would be able to read his mind... and I was the one who could do that.

Expression of Love: Love can be expressed with your heart. It never sees how much money you have spent on the gift or on valentine day to express your love to your loved one.

Last year on Valentine Day, we shifted to new house and I have so such thing to express my love. Then I got a trick ..I took the Calender and Newspapers and start selecting the things which relates to love like bold alphabets, roses, dishes, numbers, babies pic, cakes. The calendar was on Food based so I cut one of them and with the help of Bold Alphabets (teared from Newspaper) Wrote happy valentine day and I love you my dear husband. And Posted it on our house wall. Decorated with all flowers pieces and dil shaped.

When my husband came back he was overwhelmed after she saw all that. Love is just a expression and your heart itself motivates you to impress your lover.

    Thanks
    Bhawna

  8. He is with me from last 6 years and we are going to marry next year... Every time we fight or I get upset for any reason, he is the only person who pacify and understand me :) He always tell me "I am his life, wife and luck whom he can't live without"... Though he is not an expressive person but these words means a lot to me. His presence in my life has made my life beautiful and romantic *blush*...

  10. This giveaway is way too tempting. Thanks for introducing me to the store too. It sure is a sensory treat.

When two people are in love, every act becomes romantic. This includes arguments and fights too. My wife and I have many arguments in the course of a day, and once every few days, we have a massive sulking session. Both of us wait for the other to blink for as long as we can. The most romantic thing that I can recall was at a poetry group that we both went to for the first time, and we were asked to introduce ourselves with a couple of lines about how we perceive poetry. My wife introduced herself and then said that she learned to appreciate poetry after she experienced being loved by "her husband." It was our first time, and no one knew that I was the person she was referring to, but I went so red that it was a give-away.

Liked Loose Ends on FB, already like your page, and my email is subhorup at gmail dot com.

  12. Hi,
I am going to share a moment which my guy considers as one of the most romantic thing that i did for him.Ours is a 5 Year old relationship and we are getting married on july.
This incident happened when he came from chennai to see me when i was going through the hectic training at mysore last year. He stayed with me during a weekend and just a few hours before when he had to leave,we had a fight. Both of us were silent for more than 4 hours in mysore bus stand.I was in tears as he had hurted me.He could not justify his mistake and he was unable to convince me also.I was going mad over this and started weeping like a child begging for attention from its mother. He was still quiet.
Finally, the moment came when he had to leave. Now,i was not ready to let him go from me.I was missing him so badly.I went straight to him with tears in my eyes, raised my heels and gave a kiss to him in his cheeks and walked away without looking back.i did not care about the crowd and later realised that he would be embarassed for sure!
He tells that kiss was the most romantic thing and he says that he saw the love in my tears and he apologized by calling me later:)
It was such a beautiful feeling.I still cant understand how i did this, and how my anger melted all of a sudden on the thought of him leaving me.Maybe, dats d beauty of love:)

  13. we have been in love for almost 7 years and i consider every single moment spent with him to be the most romantic thing. On the month of my bday, exactly an year b4, he asked me to tell what i wanted for d gift. i had no precise ideas and i was in an irritant mood. So i tried to shrug the question with answers like "nothing", "give wat ever u wish" etc and when he was so persistent, i lost my temper and yelled at him saying tat "i wanted moon and the stars as gift. Can you give me? Just keep quite for sometime and let me be in peace. i already had a bad day at work". He kept quite and we eventually forgot tat incident. On my birthday i went out with him for a lunch and he gifted me a cute necklace set, a bag and took me to shopping. I was so happy with his gifts and came home all contended. I smiled at my mum n dad, showed them off my gifts and went inside my room to retire. The lights were on, which was pretty unusual at my home as dad is a person who gives lectures on power consumption. I changed my dress, washed my face and spent the day reading books etc and at around 11, i decided to sleep and casually switched off the lights. And Lo behold.! The walls of my room were covered with glowing stars of various sizes and the ceiling had the most amazing and bright moon with a smile.. I was so awestruck by that and i just sat there in my bed for almost twenty minutes. i went to my dad and asked abt it. He told that one of my female friend had brought those glow at dark stickers and installed them with a help as a surprise for my bday. I called my man that night. Neither of us spoke but i knew very well that he was smiling and i had the most awesome birthday ever... :D

    That was long... :P

We were in the relationship of 6 year....and now I'm going through very tough phase as we broke up....coz our families were not agree for our relationship and we took a decision to break up coz we believe that we can't live happily if we get marry without parents permission so we sacrificed our love.... .....and on 8th feb 2013 he got married....well back to the point
It was Krishna Janmashtmi and we (me, ma best frnd and he)were coming back from Temple.....as we were casual frnd....many times he realised me that he likes me.....so when we were near my home he said it is Krishna Janamashtmi na....i said don't you know?? He said okk look at me....i looked at him n asked now what..he said I'm not Lord Krishna but i want to be a lover like lord Krishna and i can see a lover like Radha in you.....Will you be my Radha??...it was most romantic lines he said......btw i said No that time coz i was confused and nervous..... we did not meet each other for very long....in this period i realised my love for him.....after many days when we met.... i said to him "kisi ke hone ka ahsaas uske jane ke baad kyu hota hai" and i said Yes to him....so this was most romantic line i said to him......
Love is not about getting married....it's a feelings, care, respect, affection....i will remember him like sweetest memories....he will be a part of my life.....he always used to sing a song for me " Main jahan rahoon main kahin bhi rahoon teri yaad saath hai, kisi se kahoon ke nahi kahoon yeh jo dil ki baat hai"......today i will repeat the same lines.....God bless him always

      i was lill emotional...sorry

So about the most special moment by him in my life...well it happened today.
I am studying in a remote district of kerala born and brought up in mumbai though..It has been 4 years of relationship(started in first year..now in final year)..all these years he was too lazy to do anything for me or even buy a gift..he would rather ask me to order whatever i wish to online and he l pay for it.
This year ,however, there were no such questions of if i would like to buy something or would like to go for a lunch..till yesterday i was so upset..today morning my friends were askin me what are the plans annd all,i didnot have anything to say..Finally after my project presentation after 1 o clock,I was walking back alone to bus stop when suddenly he came in his car and stopped next to me,and asked me to get in.After lots of argument i got inside..he drove to a very scenic place(we have a dam nearby),stopped the car and asked me to close my eyes..finally i could sense that something was going to happen...I started to look in the car for my gifts, but no trace...so i obeyed finally, closed my eyes, and after a min he placed a heavy stuff on my lap..when i opened my eyes..omg...the sight..a wooden basket filled with teddies, chocolates, cushioned heart, nicholas spark's book(i am an avid reader),a purse,a card,a jack in the box type box with heart inside and a cd with a red bow tied on top..such a beautiful site..!!!he had also taken his laptop with him(i saw that earlier and had asked him,he told for project presentation),so i checked out the contents of the cd.It had a 5 mins beautiful video on the 4 years we had spent together with our pictures,by kiddo wala pics with awsome music..By the time i read and viewed the video,I was literally crying..This cd was the biggest and greatest gift for me..materialistic things never count. And that too this effort was made by the laziest person i know..!
And finally he said,"I may be the laziest person who makes you cry bcos of my carelessness, but I can make you cry cos of happiness too...I want to fight with you like this forever..!
I am still thrilled..today is the best day...whether i win this giveaway or not,I am feeling so happy by penning down this long long event..:)

  20. Hi Surabhi, hope you wont forgot me as am also ur giveaway winner before & a consistent follower of ur blog :)

Am unmarried & liked to tell my love with my parents :) 12th Feb is my Parents wedding day & I was thinking for a month on wat to give them, definitely they wont expect anything from me & even wil scold if i spent money on buying something for them especially but I decided not to care abt tat this time & I searched some gifts online & finally i selected one personalized photo mug with message printed on it. I have selected a photo of my parents holding my sisters son & ordered it with a message "Many more happy returns". And I had doubt whether the courier person will deliver it properly so I have told my mom to tell my dad tat one parcel will come & asked to collect it but my mom had forgot to tel my dad it seems. One day a courier person came & asked by telling my dad's name tat he has got a parcel, he said it might be for some other person n not me & the courier person again told no u only ordered something & it has come[I had put my dad's name itself on it] . My dad got surprised and by hearing this my mom had come out n told tat I have ordered something for them. then In phone my dad told its nice but why u spent money for this [as usual :P] & told its good we received it .. tat was a special moment & am very happy tat i did atleast something for them though nothing can equal their love on me :)

  21. I remember the day I had cooked beetroot halwa and carrot halwa for the first time. I had decorated the two in circular ring forms making it look like a two colored cake. I had presented it to my hubby (we were only engaged then). I had complete satisfaction since i had prepared everything by myself.
